The Story

Inspired by the compound gin, NOA Non-Alcoholic Dry Gin consists of a maceration of this style of gin traditionnal botanicals such as a juniper berry, lemon, coriander seed and star anise. The result? As unsuspected aromatic burst for a non-alcoholic product. 

With its slighty sweet texture, our "Dry Gin" break all the codes to create a non-alcoholic version both complex and high in character, whether tasted alone or mixed in a mocktail. 

Aromatic Signature: Juniper berry, Lemon, Coriander Seed, Star Anise

Tasting Notes: The nose offers an important and complex bouquet of piney and peppery Juniper berries. On the patate, vegetal notes of coriander seed and Juniper berries takes over, followed by pepper, lemon and a lightly anise’s flavor at the end.

How to Serve:

  • On ice
  • Gin & Tonic and Gin & Sonic
  • With sparkling water or 7up
  • Sour, Martinis
  • In a Mule, Bloody Ceasar, French 75, Fizz

Ingredients: Filtered water, Cane sugar, Glycerin, Lemon, Juniper berries, Natural flavors, Spices, Citric Acid, Gentian extract, Sodium benzoate, Potassium sorbate.
